Jen was prompt, professional, and a pleasure to work with.

Jen was so knowledgeable and well-versed in a territory we had little experience with. She was prompt, always available, and was very helpful - she has a Rolodex full of the right people to call! She was patient with us as she led us down the road of selling our property. We appreciated the numerous trips back and forth for paperwork to be signed. Her number one goal seemed to be making sure our needs were met. We would whole-heartedly recommend Jen Lister to handle anyone's real estate needs.

When I first reached out to Jen she was very excited. We met for lunch and Jen showed me a presentation she created for first time homebuyers on her laptop. It was a great overview and she taught me about things I didn't know about; like PMI. Then she asked me about my preferences. I told her I was very picky. Not too long and seven showings later we made an offer on the home that we closed on October first. Jen was professional, a guide, and an educator to me. She helped me stay positive when underwriting was challenging and as I was learning what to have the sellers take care of vs not, etc. it's a lot to take in. I'm so grateful for her time, knowledge, and friendship throughout the process. She totally took me by surprise at closing as well; made me feel awesome about being a first-time homebuyer. I will recommend Jen to homebuyers.
